Delivery
If your order is received by noon the credit card payment will be confirmed and your item will be despatched via registered post the next day. You need to allow within 2-10 working days for this to be received with your normal mail service. Please check the registered post number with Australia Post if you do not receive your item within this time and contact licensinghelp@sigroup.com.au licensinghelp@sigroup.com.au
Faulty Media
Although strict quality controls are used to ensure the media you receive is premium quality, there may be the odd occasion when the media you receive is faulty. In this circumstance it will be necessary for you to return the faulty media to the media dispatchers, SI Group, for testing and replacement. Please send the original product to Locked bag 1, Cammeray NSW 2062 with a copy of the original tax invoice and a note explaining the problem being experienced. Faulty media must be reported within 21 days of receipt.
Do I get media with my software purchase?
Most of the agreements that the Information Technology Directorate administer cover purchasing of licence only and do not include media. You may purchase software media (CD or DVD) with your purchase of software licence for a nominal charge. It is preferable that you avoid unnecessary purchasing of software media by making and using a working copy of the original media for all installations. If there are no IT support staff at your site, then a nominated person should be responsible for all media. It is important to realise that media should be kept in a securely locked cupboard as a contractual requirement. ITD recommends that a log book be kept in the cupboard and software media signed in and out as needed.
School holidays
Software is not able to be delivered to schools during school holidays.
