At SI Group we have maintained a close partnership with Adobe since gaining ALC (Authorised Licensing Centre) status in 2004. In 2008, we were accredited "Adobe Gold Partner" – one of the first in Australia – and still remain on a short list of vendors with this title. A strong relationship with Adobe gives us the ability to offer great value throughout the entire purchase process for customers.
Furthermore, we have simplified the Adobe purchase process by evaluating and suggesting best Licensing solutions that cater to each individual customer. Our services also include the reporting and management of the Licence account.
- TLP – Adobe's entry-level licensing program, available at quantities of one or more. TLP is available for Adobe's range of products across all sectors (Commercial, Education and Government) and allows access to an online management tool to track purchases and serial numbers.
- CLP – Adobe's cumulative licensing program offers customers a points reward system. Purchases are accrued and customers are rewarded with discounts throughout the length of the two year agreement. Additional value to the CLP program includes eliminating the need to manage various installation keys by including single serial numbers, access to an online portal for management of agreements, the ability for associated companies to leverage discounts and co-termination of maintenance coverage.
- Enhanced Upgrade Plan – In July 2010, Adobe added features to their Upgrade Plan offering, while lowering the cost across many of the product ranges. Upgrade Plan is a maintenance management plan for licenses which entitles free upgrades when new versions are released, credits for training on the entire catalogue of products and Adobe specialist support for troubleshooting.
